Good to hear new tent poles and update for Psion/Ericsson infrared arriving
soon. Looking foward to the Psion not freezing up as it is brilliant to
write on. Glad Dan at 'Cycling Plus' liked the article.
Went to a natural physio for the foot problem. He uses a technique called
muscular manipultion and repositioned a ligament which had slipped into the
wrong "groove". Can't believe the foot is back to normal. I've been limping
around for the last 10 days or so. A usefull skill to learn, I reckon. Full
recovery! He has worked wonders. He also gave me some homeopathic medicine
for bruising of the bone and arnica to soothe it. Result: I no longer limp!
The guy who he learnt from does workshops all around the world: London,
Nepal,
Australia, the States etc... Apparently often back and neck problems are
the result of ligaments being out of place and throwing your whole body
off centre. Weird, hey!
